Questions

College counseling, answered

Ideally in grades 9–11 through Early Guidance, so we can shape courses, activities, and research before applications. But we regularly start in senior year too and build a focused plan from wherever your student is.

No. We work from a blank page with your student, brainstorming the story, building the outline, and editing together. The voice stays theirs; the structure, strategy, and polish are ours.

We work with BS/MD and BS/DO programs, which together cover the full range of combined medical pathways, including BA/MD and BA/DO variants.

Students genuinely committed to becoming a physician who want to build the strongest possible case for a combined program, from clinical exposure to program-specific essays.

The Supplemental Essay Track covers 5 to 20 schools, scoped with you on your strategy session. The Comprehensive and BS/MD & BS/DO tracks cover every supplement for every school on your final list.

No honest counselor can guarantee an admission decision. What we guarantee is a complete, competitive, on-time application and a student who knows exactly why every piece is there.

Yes, and many families do — the Comprehensive and BS/MD & BS/DO tracks can both add SAT prep with the same team on one roadmap. We coordinate the timeline so testing and application work never collide during senior fall.

For students who start early — grades 9 through 11 — we run everything as one program over multiple years: SAT prep on a Target Strategy Roadmap, plus course planning, clinical and research experiences, the Extracurricular Focus narrative, and every BS/MD application piece, all with one team that already knows your student by application season.
