A clear plan for your dream school
Most families don't know everything that goes into a competitive application, or when each piece is due. We map the whole path, from freshman-year choices to the final submit button, and do the work alongside you.

The five tracks
Every family starts with a free strategy session, and we match you to the right track. Each one commits to finished work, not effort. Pricing is set per student.
Early Guidance Track
Every term your student leaves with a written plan for courses, activities, and summer, rebuilt as their direction sharpens.
Main Application Track
Your personal statement, activities list, awards, and Common App are submission ready ahead of your deadlines, with unlimited revisions until your student and their counselor both agree it's ready to send.
Supplemental Essay Track
Every supplement for the 5 to 20 schools you choose, finished ahead of each school's own deadline, with unlimited revisions until your student and their counselor both agree it's ready to send.
Comprehensive Track
The main application plus every supplement for every school on your list, each finished ahead of that school's own deadline, with unlimited revisions until your student and their counselor both agree it's ready to send.
BS/MD & BS/DO Track
Everything in Comprehensive, plus program-specific secondaries and combined-program interview prep, each ahead of that program's own deadline, with the same unlimited revisions on every piece of writing.
Named systems, not vague advice
Every part of our counseling runs on a specific framework we built and can walk you through — because most consultants can't actually explain their process.
Where Our Team Has Been Admitted
The combined acceptance list across our tutors and counselors — and it grows with every new team member we onboard.
Our counselors each specialize — combined medical programs, University of California admissions, international applicants, the IB curriculum — so every student is matched with the counselor who fits their direction, not whoever happens to be free.
College counseling, answered
Ideally in grades 9–11 through Early Guidance, so we can shape courses, activities, and research before applications. But we regularly start in senior year too and build a focused plan from wherever your student is.
No. We work from a blank page with your student, brainstorming the story, building the outline, and editing together. The voice stays theirs; the structure, strategy, and polish are ours.
We work with BS/MD and BS/DO programs, which together cover the full range of combined medical pathways, including BA/MD and BA/DO variants.
Students genuinely committed to becoming a physician who want to build the strongest possible case for a combined program, from clinical exposure to program-specific essays.
The Supplemental Essay Track covers 5 to 20 schools, scoped with you on your strategy session. The Comprehensive and BS/MD & BS/DO tracks cover every supplement for every school on your final list.
No honest counselor can guarantee an admission decision. What we guarantee is a complete, competitive, on-time application and a student who knows exactly why every piece is there.
Yes, and many families do — the Comprehensive and BS/MD & BS/DO tracks can both add SAT prep with the same team on one roadmap. We coordinate the timeline so testing and application work never collide during senior fall.
For students who start early — grades 9 through 11 — we run everything as one program over multiple years: SAT prep on a Target Strategy Roadmap, plus course planning, clinical and research experiences, the Extracurricular Focus narrative, and every BS/MD application piece, all with one team that already knows your student by application season.
